I agree with you. From what I understand there is nothing but $25 cash mid July. GNCI will not trade anymore on Nasdaq or anywhere. There is no choice to keep shares. That's it..,it's over. No shares for the merged company.

Numico denies GNC's investors resist takeover bid.

There is a story in today's Dutch newspaper, Algemeen Dagblad, that states that US investors are unhappy with the $25 tender price. It speculates that GNC is open to other offers. Numico mgmt had no comment on whether they would raise their offer if insufficient shareholders tendered their shares.

Has anyone else come across similar information?

Personally I haven't tendered my shares because I feel $25 is too low. Anyone else feel the same?

PS - Sorry no link, I read this in a news story from Dow Jones on an ILX machine which has no interaction with the internet.
