I read somewhere (I think it was quicken.com) that CIST only had about 440 shareholders. However, that is not true:

On August 31, 1998, there were approximately 735 holders of the Common Stock, excluding beneficial holders registered in nominee or street name. 10-K

On August 29, 1997, there were approximately 767 holders of the CommonStock, excluding beneficial holders registered in nominee or street name. 10-K

On August 30, 1996, there were approximately 784 holders of the Common Stock, excluding beneficial holders registered in nominee or street name. 10-K

Of all the penny stocks (under $.25) that I own or ever considered owning, CIST is the most financially stable. Yet the number of CIST shareholders is decreasing instead of increasing.

However, The good news is that I believe over 900 people have signed into the "CIST For Sale" web site.

emedtrade.com

The web site was updated on 7/6/99, but I cannot determine what was updated. a "What's New" search button sure would be helpful.

I wonder when they are going to delete that blank "asthma" page.
