Bill,

I have a question with respect to the financing of the mine in Russia. Suppose there is severe political turmoil in Russia, and the mine in Russia fails. How much of the debt incurred with respect to the mine is the parent company on the hook for? Is all of the financing received from the IFC and the Canadian Export agency non-recourse to the parent company?
