i encourage your visit to the raging bull thread...your "reason" would be sure to have a "grounding" influence there... as far as my wildly speculative posting...rotf... an investment in this stock is nothing but speculative... yet, somehow i believe that if i was here bashing you would have no problems with my posting? i am here, and i am there and at this time i am an investor in ivy...and you whitetigr...are you an investor, a 'disgruntled ex-shareholder' ranks or simply a 'basher'. a fine day to you... laurap

All: EUTO should hit the pink sheets November 2, unless it becomes a reporting company before then. We will know 30 days prior (=October 1st or 4th) whether it is reporting because its symbol will change to EUTOE, if not. Whitetigr, it is too late for EUTO to change its symbol to avoid the Eligibility Requirements; The symbol that was in effect on January 4th is the one upon which the schedule rests. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, check out the OTCBB web site, particularly this link for the dates (Phase-In Schedule): otcbb.com This link for a general explanation (Phase-In Procedures): otcbb.com And this link that shows EUTO's date is "Nov 1999", and "No" means it does not comply with the Eligibility Requirements. Search for EUTO: otcbb.com It will be interesting to watch the stock price starting in October. If I were EUTO, I'd either start reporting or finalize the merger with IVY before October. - Fred
