For the last year that I have been following this stock the posts on this thread haven't changed. Get rid of this person or do this and it will be better. If you can do it better then apply for the job and try otherwise I personally don't think it pays to complain about every little thing. If you believe in the company then buy if you don't then I want another 1K at 0.35 with more hopefully later this week when news on another stock comes out and I can get my price for it.
Now down to what I see as the problems, correct if I am wrong. The bond issue that was suppose to happen didn't, it doesn't really matter why in the end of the day. Financing for small cap companies hasn't been easy in a field (oil patch, manufacturing, ect.) so the next logical step to solve the short term cash flow problem is to sell the building and lease it back. Long term it may be a good move or bad but time will tell. This gives you enough capital to pay off the short term debts and cash for expansion or inventory. At 0.35 it is a better buy then at 0.50 or a buck where everyone on this thread figures it should be. That is my two cents worth.
Curtis
P.S. There are a great number of small cap companies that lose money year after year and people will still put money into them. These guys are making a profit year after year so what is the problem? Not enough, that will come.

Mike, I think Cameron's comment about litigation was, to be charitable, inappropriate. I'm sure that most small-cap companies could be found guilty of misleading their shareholders. Some have made it an art.
From a personal point of view, I am pleased that Cameron has not responded to my telephone and e-mail attempts to contact him. (Today, I cancelled my request for a return call.) I was anxious to contact him by phone or e-mail as my family (not THE family) was interested in taking a fairly significant position while prices were depressed. The easiest way to get the best price is to arrange a block trade. The price don't rocket as it does when the buying is on the open market. The delay allowed me to review Grant's observations and the non-response from the company.
Our conclusion, we are not interested in increasing our position in TCT. I hope they get their financing in order and that they begin to show a little more consideration for their investors and newsletter editors. I still believe the product is great, but, in my opinion, the management of the company and the IR operation are in pretty sad shape.
I regret that we are relegating TCT to the back burner. However, I do believe there are more productive places to spend my time, energy and money. I may post from time to time, if something significant happens.
Best regards to all who have pinned their hopes on TCT. I hope your patience is well rewarded.
