I would imagine Breton and Morgan made plennnnnty on the "squeeze" after all they gave themselves the stock and if they sold when it went to $4.00 well then they're sitting pretty. Joel Marcus.. the silent director turns up in another penny company down in Maggot Mile.. as a CPA I would imagine he could be serving on quite a few BOD's.
