<<Next Weeks Annual Meeting>>

The next shareholders meeting is going to be one of the most important ever. It will be a time for to rattle the sabers and really put Michael to the fire. Here a couple of questions I have

1. Why has Dell kept a very low profile when the stock was retreating over the past several weeks?

2. Why does Michael choose to sell 4 million shares at a time when the stock was not moving with the stock market. Don't let him off with pat like answers or Dell is expanding in China.

3. Why has he not done something regarding the business of Dell to increase demand for the stock and make its shares appreciate?

4. It should be clearly stated that our long time patience and trust have been strained.

5. How will the Alliance between AOl and those who are saying they will give away computers without the need for Microsoft applications going to affect Dell going forward?

6. What is the reason for requesting shareholders authorization to increase the number of outstanding shares?

These are a few of my question that I hope will be asked?

Thanks for your survey.

Have a nice evening,
Frank

Freeus re: 3X5's

Last quarter Dell's revenues were roughly 70% Americas, 25% European and 5% Asian.

Also revenues were roughly 75% personal systems, 15% enterprise systems and 10% peripherals and 0% services.

Based on your business plan, what do you expect the rough composition of Dell's revenues will be in 2005?

Freeus:

The question is: "Has it ever been discussed among Dell's top management to acquire CPQ using Dell's shares as currency now that the number of authorized shares hasn been increased to 7 B? If not, why not. If yes, has Mr Rosen been contacted?"

One thing for sure, don't question Dr. Koop investment. It is MCD's favorite baby, so don't touch his nerve.

Best regards,

Paul

Re: "3x5's"

1) Has Dell purchased 200-300K 133MHz FSB motherboards DRDRAM (Direct Rambus DRAM) from Acer for September? And why?

2) How is the LCD (All-in-one PC) sales going in Japan?

3) Why has Dell not chosen to use a huge buyback stock plan like IBM? Instead it expands the outstanding float which is diluting share holder value?
