"The messages also question the credibility of ZiaSun's executives, including its Hong Kong-based chief executive, Anthony L. Tobin. Telephone calls concerning ZiaSun's lawsuit were routed to the Veritas Group, an investor relations consulting firm based in Vancouver, B.C."

They should have called me. Its not like they did not have my phone numbers since Franschwa posted them all over the internet. Why did the calls have to be routed to Vancouver BC since Veritas is located in ZSUNs headquarters CA. Guess they did not want this to come out in the paper. Truthseeker tells all that he shall have equal time in the press very soon and give his side of the ZSUN stock Rig.

"One of the most notorious cases of Internet securities fraud was closed last month, when an employee of Tustin-based PairGain Technologies Inc. pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a phony news report posted on the Internet in a bid to drive up the company's stock."

What they left out of this story is that Truthseeker was one of the people that helped expose this scam and aided reporters in publishing the story of how it this manipulation of PairGain was accomplished.

"The discussion reflects an intensely sarcastic verbal battle between ZiaSun's detractors and supporters, with both sides occasionally threatening to report the other's activities to SEC investigators."

Truthseeker did not threaten to go to the SEC, he has done this months ago. What irresponsible reporting.

"We feel strongly that there's a potential conspiracy among these individuals" to drive down ZiaSun's share price for the benefit of short sellers, said Mark Harris, who identified himself as ZiaSun's vice president of investor relations.

"We fully intend on launching a stock-buyback program," Harris said. "Why? We want to make their lives as miserable as possible. We intend to fight them with our credibility."

He should have asked him if Blain Harris was related to him and while he was at it he could have asked about the Birmmingham's Then he should have asked him about Lynn Briggs and Jennifer McMinn and why ZSUN covered their Nevada secratary of state filing as Pres. Treas. and Sec. of Zsun. Truthseeker demands equal time from this Mark Harris Lackie.

"Sandra Harris, an SEC enforcement officer in Los Angeles, said she was unfamiliar with the ZiaSun case, and John Reed Stark, who heads the SEC's Internet enforcement unit, could not be reached for comment."

He should have contacted Erin Coffer SEC staff attorney in Washington D.C. she is very aware of ZSUN but would not comment to anyone since this is against SEC policy.

TWO VERY BULLISH PIECES of NEWS for #ZSUN#, in my jaded opinion...

When we break through $12.00, then most of the SHORT SELLERS will be in a losing position and virtually forced to cover. Therefore, I expect higher volume, as a result. It's quite likely that we'll break through $12.00 tomorrow, as the MM's can only hold the stock for so long, before the doors of the DAM burst open...

However, it's much preferable to have an orderly ascent to the $20.00 to $25.00 range, than the high spikes of past trading. IMO, two events, discovered in an e-mail from Swiftrade and a UnionTribune article are extremely BULLISH for ZSUN and will propel it to these levels:

1) Amber Securities has been let go in favor of West America Securities Corp, which will offer Swiftrade clients a fuller suit of services.

2) Mark Harris alluded to a planned SHARE BUY-BACK by ZSUN. I don't know the details, but ZSUN couldn't better invest its spare funds than in its own undervalued shares. IMO, this is EXTREMELY BULLISH and should see the stock to much higher levels when the investing public becomes cognizant of these facts.

GOOD LUCK to #ZSUN# and the Longs tomorrow....

R.E.B.
I was going to give you a taste of my sarcasm, had the message all typed up and everything, but even if you were wearing a big Texas size cowboy hat and timed your jump perfectly, I think my sarcasm would still zing right over your head. I honestly hope that by spamming the lawsuit all over SI over the weekend that a bit of joy was brought to your heart.

Now as for me saying things off the record, it's funny how even though I told the big city reporter that I had no comment and he agreed to that, and then I talked to him strictly off the record about what he should do if he really cared to know enough about this to write something worthwhile about it, he still managed to quote me in several places. That'll teach me not to turn on the recorder when talking to fine people like that. Mr. Burns could tell right away that this reporter had not called to do him any favors, and when he said, "so your comment is "blah blah blah" when I had said no such thing, I knew better than to say much, lest my words be twisted. I suppose, all things considered, he did better than could be expected, but then I had non-existenet expectations. I do realize this post and others are very much for the record, and if Mr. reporter had cared to, he could have found any number of quotes from me and the other "evil 8" on this thread, but that's way too much like research for the thought to have ever made the jump across a synapse in his head.

R.E.B. I see in your profile that you are a lawyer and a cpa. You've without anyone asking, donned your lawyer hat on this thread and Flodyie's Discovery thread, why not mosey on down the trail to www.ziasun.com and don your CPA hat, they have some "audited financials" that i'm sure you could give expert commentary on. That is what you like to do isn't it?

Mr. Burns
