You really aren't worth the time. Different Governor. (By the way, this Governor has turned the failed nuclear power plant at Satsop, formerly run by the Washington Public Power Supply System--aptly named WPPSS--into a technology park. Check out safeharbortech.com ) If you knew anything about this, you would know that Washington state is independently audited. I pity those for whom you "consult." By the way, invest in a dictionary.
