Russ,

The sales were a little over 10% of current holdings (almost 15% depending upon glass 1/2 full or empty).

Papken has been increasing the number of shares sold. A progression from 20,000 to 25,000 to 30,000 shares.

If SVGI were doing well, I'd just assume that these sales were to take care of living expenses. Even without SVGI doing well, they're not overly excessive.

i.e. Check out BRCM insider sales at insidertrader.com
That's what I call overly excessive sales. There's no way I'd hold BRCM with those numbers. Yet it continues to go up in price.

FWIW,
Ian.
