prevent AIDS, malaria and other devastating infections

Don't see any news, no changes in the anticipated news from the Vical page, no current conferences biz.yahoo.com

No analyst uprades/initiations announced. The BW artical was OK but VICL was just a sidenote in a few places, so I have no idea what's driving this rally, other than some rotation into small caps out of large cap growth due to the huge valuation disparity.

Any ideas?

Is the market getting over it's cluelesness?

I don't know, but sure am appreciating the recent run. Scott
