The Party could be Kosher or When in Saskatchewan, use Kopacetic Kopacetic or Kosher, it will be the event. At least one night should be a formal event, full regalia. This night could be a fully catered dinner, maybe to go with the speeches ? Janice thinks we should arrange some daily events, but I think a pint or two at eight in the morning while listening to Uriah Heep will be more than enough of a framework. An afternoon lounge set up outside should be planned for each each day of the party, a mini outside party if you will, call it the Siesta Fiesta, perhaps a pool area could arranged. I think some entertainment might be in order, I was thinking a cigarette girl and cigarette guy, both loaded with juicy Cubans. If we arrange for 7x24, I think the next progression is 11. So we are talking a Party in Vegas, lasting 11 days, sometime in the new millennium. The party will be a 264 hour Party in Vegas . 111 attendees are on the initial invitation list apparently, no one really knows. So about 400 - 600 guests at peak with a hardcore of fifty five. We better up the number of sandwiches. One sit down dinner for 264 (the 111, plus guests, = 222 plus the answer 42, to get 264. 11 days of catering arranged for 111 and guests (I know this will strain the peak hours) and perhaps a contingency arrangement if things get to rowdy, a backup party. We will need staff, bartenders, waiters, security and a medic. The booze costs alone are running up to 6 figures. We will need an accountant, some decent tax planning and some research. If we wait for service the Party in Vegas may never happen.
