Powers does appear to be conspicuous by his absence, doesn't he? Sort of like Conan Doyle's Dog Who Didn't Bark in the Night. I think this signals an earning blow out. Willie's on to something big.

And yes, what about that Siemens story which seems to have disappeared from sight?

Gregg's company is a major shareholder in QCOM. I think it is a credit to Gregg that he has managed to persuade the company lawyers to let him contribute to this thread at all, given the potential allegations of unlawful market manipulation to which his comments expose him. However, given that he is an "insider," it would be excessively risky for him to post around earnings time.
