As I read and re-read your post I don't really know if you are honest or throwing a "spin"....

Well, as far as I know DGIV's share situation is the following: Authorised = 20 MM, Outstanding 20 MM, Float 9 MM.
I wonder where you got that 14 MM float #???

By no means do I have visions or thoughts about short squeezes with DGIV. I don't think that there is a relevant short position at present given that until last week there was little market interest in the share.

I think you miss a point: as a long it is better for me that the shares are held by other longs than by traders such as you. It is a fact of life. For a trader or a momentum player or a short it is much better that the shares are held by nervous and easily frightened novice investors...

Might be bad news for you but during three days last week 2.2 MM shares were traded and the price rose some 50%-60% (more against peak). It is not like we had shares dumped upon us and ended lower...don't send that message to the lurkers who read these posts...

There is more than ample time for DGIV to conclude and present to the SEC for review its filing, if this an issue for some...

What makes the present situation unique is that what seems to be happening with DGIV this time around is that whatever it is, it is not small investor -SI- generated, it is something coming from the real world...

Having held DGIV for over a year.. Having roller-coasted a wide gamut of emotions regarding my investment.... Having accepted my karma that I can make a big amount of money with this or loose it all.... Having bashed bashers for months on end, I can only say: GO DGIV

Jane J Jackson,
I believe the answer to your float question is 18.5mil give or take a 100k or so. I think SI shareholders hold 8 or so mil. Mr. D holding the largest amount of shares at 1 mil.
I have come to the realization that there is no doubt that there is MM manipulation going on with this and most BB stocks. I never would have believed it if it weren't for me getting involved with a few and seeing it first hand. This morning was a good example. First order in was a 100 share sale and the stock drops 1/16. Later on in the day when volume picked up I watched 1000 and up buys where the share price was unchanged.
You are right in the fact that this stock should be much higher based on the recent volume of buys over sells.
We are dealing with elements that are not in our control unfortunately. However news is clearly around the corner. SEC had talked to Digitcom about Chin's TV interview to make sure that they could back up Jimmy's statements and apparently were content with what they saw. Therefore we are for real and Digitcom has very valuable relationships that exist around this globe.
With all this in mind, would it be safe to say, since we are in a very hot sector and apparently well established in that sector that a large well backed company such as a Lucent or AT&T or even this new up and comer Clarent corporation that now has more money than they know what to do with as well would be very interested in capitalizing on those relationships?
Chin has been quietly establishing himself in this IP Telephony world and I believe that he will tell the story soon and MM manipulation will not matter anymore. This stock will run or the company will get bought out at a fair value based on future earnings estimates. Time will set this one straight and all will be told.

All of the above is in my most humble of opinions.
