Did you upgrade the .dll mentioned at the bottom of the download page? I did, and it helped. I am still getting a complete system lockup/freeze (including mouse cursor) once every 2 days or so though. Don't know the cause. Using ver 2.2, build 2.

I have not had that problem. The feed for me has been reliable in terms of connectivity ... but inaccurate data sucks ... they are STILL showing Friday as a short day, eliminating the final 4.25 hours of feed from the charts ... sadly unbelievable, and whoever watches this thread from QCharts is either asleep, on vacation, or looking for a new job. I am very disappointed in a program which HAS BEEN one of the best available.
