Not that the longs on this thread are interested in any fundamental analysis, but a review of BAMM's and BGP's recent financial performance and, more importantly, the trend of that financial performance, might be useful in explaining why there is no deal here. BGP's growth engine is firmly in place; there is no need for BAMM.
