No need to comment on what's not there, just on what is. First go hereibchannel.com and hereibchannel.com These are the PR's where ZSUN announced revenues and earnings for it's two Momentum "subsidiaries." Momentum Internet Inc. net profit of $325,355 revenues of $1,013,267 Momentum Asia Inc., earnings of $950,000 on revenues of $2,400,000 Total earnings $1,275,355 Total revenues $3,413,267 Of course those Momentum Asia numbers are preliminary. Now lets compare to the numbers found at www.ziasun.com Total revenues $3,413,238 Hey pretty damn good for preliminary stuff, only off $29. I know what your asking, where for did thou get that $3,413,238 number? Well I added the net sales of $2,289,158, to the Total Other Income of $1,124,080, that's where. Now I know what your thinking, Mr Burns, that total other income included $712,438 of "Unrealized gain on marketable securities", you wouldn't count that as revenue would ya? Nope I wouldn't, but it sure looks like someone did. Now how about earnings. $1,275,355 compared to $1,152,210 reported in the "audited financials" a difference of $123,145. I don't know what happened there, maybe that's how much ZSUN, the parent company of the two Momentum's lost. Kinda strange though that the two Momentum's seem to make up all of ZSUN's revenue and profit. It's as if internet holding company ZSUN, had no revenues and maybe some negative profit last year on it's own, I wonder how it was able to afford to acquire these two jewels. Oh yeah, note in the financials that $1,248,239 of the profit comes from the realized and unrealized gain in securities. Does this mean that Momentum holds these securities? Sure seems like they would have to. I guess that means that on their own, without their stock holdings going up, Momentum would have lost money last year. Gee, I wonder if ZSUN has any security holdings or if they only have them through their ownership of the two Momentums? These paradoxes and more are what keep ZSUN from filing forms with the SEC. Until they can find an accountant well versed in quantum mechanics, they are going to have a terrible time making 1 and 1 equal 3. Mr. Burns
