He's probably right. There could be 106 million shares "outstanding" and only 50 million shares in the public "float". In other words 56 million shares might not have been offered to the public, many people who start companies don't like to sell their life's work 100%.

What kind of credibilty does this Norris have when his website states that there are 48M shares outstanding! Yahoo says we have 105.7M. Big difference.


Actually, the site states that the *float* is 48 million, not the shares outstanding. According to the latest figures, 105 million shares are outstanding but the float remains at 47 million (due to the large chunk of shares held by insiders when going public).
