Unit Receives $100M Order From US Chipmaker SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- Canon Inc.'s (CANNY) Semiconductor Equipment unit received a $100 million order from an undisclosed U.S. chipmaker for its advanced steppers and scanners. In a press release Wednesday, the company said the order includes the newly-introduced FPA-3000EX6 KrF model. Canon Inc. provides professional and consumer imaging services.
