keeping my eye on the russell 200 and the advanced-decline line of the ny comp....to me these two are signalling what is happening in the financial indexes...still sticking with my belief that the bear market for the financials began and were indicated by the russell 2000 in april, 98...right now the russell 2000 is testing the high of one year ago...don't know if da boyz are playing with me, sometime they test these areas for a few day then break on thru to the upside...would really like to the russell stay below that 460+ area...the april 98 high were in the 480 area.
