Allen, legal fees ain't "cheep"... IOM will bleed Castlewood until they need a transfusion.. IOM has in house counsel... they have to be kept busy...so I hope they're put to good use. I'll try to find out the legal details tomorrow and if I do I'll post them. I hope Syed has a good night's sleep. SR
