John, thanks. I found the docket interesting mainly for what it doesn't show. It doesn't indicate as much activity, in an effort to serve 101 defendants, as I might have expected. Just what looks like some effort to serve a single defendant. It doesn't show any kind of list to indicate who they might have in mind for John Does 5-100, not even aliases. I wonder if they are listed elsewhere in the complaint or if they simply don't have anybody in mind. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that the don't and that the number 100 was chosen arbitrarily to try to create a chilling effect on the exercise of freedom of speech on this thread. I did notice that the docket included the name of the lawyer who is (or was) ineligible to practice law, according to the Florida Bar when I phoned. I wonder if he somehow has become eligible now.
