Tom, you are a breath of fresh air, a beacon of light! This is where I was headed many moons ago when I posted the info from the SB-2. Refresh my memory: what is the basis for thinking that $1.5 million has been converted? If Leshufy holds 54% of the $3 million debentures, that is $1.6 million. Can we say Mr. Leshufy has not converted? If we agree that Mr. Leshufy cannot short the stock of the company of which he serves as director, that leaves $1.4 million. How much of this has been converted? If it has been converted, it cannot be collateral for shorting. Maybe the stock price has more to do with panicking longs than shorting PP holders. Please note: much of this is speculation and has not been confirmed. Much more information is needed. Regards, Suzanne
