I would like to know the market cap and main line of business. I am specifically and particularly interested in any exaggerated and potentially misleading claims by the company. Gee that would require them filing papers and letting us know shares outstanding. They claim around 20mm with 5mm float, but they have a history of selling Reg. S shares overseas so who knows. As far as potentially misleading claims, pick a pr, any PR, especially from earlier this year, available at ibchannel.com is Zsun being hyped on SI and RB? Yep are there particularly "dedicated" cheerleaders (such as the imortal bob sims or Kowboy of HITT and ABFG fame respectively)? Yep. That would be Francoise Goelo, though he's more of a RileyG, call the certs type. He may have a certain immunity from the law that these others do not, since the only known occurence of his rare name on the net outside a stock message board is in the Cayman Islands phone directory. www.candw.ky do the cheerleaders intimate a close relationship with key management? Depends on the time of day. Usually Francoise claims he's not an insider, but in his illustrious history he's been known to have a little birdie tell him a day ahead of good news, claims to have spoken to all but invisible Bryant Cragun(the man pulling the strings here) and only a week or so back claimed that he was fixing to get faxes of the shareholders and actual trading records of the stock, something only an insider would have access to. do the cheerleaders post what would reasonably be considered insider information? See above has the company used paid touts? You mean like www.ibchannel.com (100k post split shares) or like the ones I found and posted about here techstocks.com do any of the key ZSUN managers have any past record of defrauding or misleading investors? Who knows? Who knows who the managers are, as soon as something with someone's name on it is found it gets changed. I don't know, i'm sure everyone that invested in Bestwayusa.com (which last year became ZSUN) lost their ass, but whether they were defrauded is for lawyers to earn a living over. is there some imminent information that will reveal misleading claims if such claims were in fact made? The sword of damocles' dangles periously over the head of this stock, supported by an ever shrivelling thread. Who knows when it will fall or what even will sever the thread. Mr. Burns

Take it from a "Cheerleader", this is a great short! Ask Fahnestock... if you need any confirmation. Currently they're losing more than their shirts on the couple Millions "naked shorts" they sold, but what the heck, it's probably "temporary"! CHEERS... Other tid-bits: 1) Certificates called a couple weeks ago for delivery are believed to be totaling between 1.5 and 2 Millions with a trading float believed to be smaller than 3 Millions shares. Some people say there is a SHORTSQUEEZE going on, but what the heck! CHEERS... 2) Just been reported ZSUN has a plan to buy back a bunch of shares, because it's apparently cash rich and it believes that its shares are grossly undervalued, but what the heck! CHEERS... One thing for sure, all of the above is just the personal opinion of a heck of a biased and long "cheerleader". CHEERS! Sorry, I can't find my pons pons..... F.
