Some observations; the lawsuit is meaningless; I see this lawsuit action brought over and over; it sometimes holds down a stock from advancing; that is about it.

The COO getting the boot; that is fine. They aren't going to replace him; so one less mouth to feed. The position is getting dumped because VNTV has fallen already; this isn't a new fall.

Back when VNTV cratered in April; the entire software group was getting killed; look a comparative charts for PSFT, NETA, WIND, VNTV, Symantec; we just don't have the situation today. The bad news is already out; the shoe has already dropped. Software is in recovery, but keep in mind Seibel also is in trouble; another software sign of problems for the group as a whole; Y2K related BTW.

Revenues are growing! Keep that in mind. Also; the loss INCLUDES a restructuring charge which will help improve profits in the future.

If it crashes; it is a major buying opportunity. I think we will take a 2 point hit; that's my guess. We will hold up in the 10's. Remember that Quantum warned if I recall and rallied on the warning the next day and since.

I watched VST a while ago; years ago rally after reporting a simply horrible quarter; bad news was already out like VNTV and VST had already falled hard like VNTV has. You just can't assume we will re-test 6.
