CNBC interview with CEO Dennis Barsema...

1. Builds high speed access products that sit on the edge of the network.

2. Redback identified a gap in the market similar to what Ascend did
a few years ago.

3. It was first to the market, i.e., "shipping product" and has a 12-
18 month lead over its competitors. Competition entered the space 3-4
months ago.

4. It is successful because it executes.

Guest host Ned Riley asked if management was in place to handle the
explosive pace in revenue growth saying he understood that 300 machines had been shipped to 50 clients--

5. Barsema updated Riley's figures-- 600 units have shipped to 85
customers and that he felt very comfortable with the team in place.

6. The equipment scales for the provider and Redback is the "only pure
broadband play in the space today" offering DSL, cable, etc. connect-
ions.
