Phil, frankly, I think that if Gordon wanted he could twist the PP arms, just a little bit (on the part already loaned out to TSIG). In the case of EXSO, a rally from 1/8 to about 5/8 ensued when their management faced the floorless bandit and told them they will sue to not convert and they negotiated a floor just there. The problems was, of course, that the financial damage was so great they could not salvage the company, the stock is now around a penny or two. I repeat the suggestion I made few weeks back, go the public holders with a right offering and if indeed there is a plan in place to turn the company around they should show it (they will have to file an S-1 I believe where these plans are delineated) and stop the floorless.
