Looking at the charts, there has been spectacular trading in this stock over the last two weeks, and a diminished number traded over the last two days. Given the enthusiasm for FFIV and the very small float, it would appear that individuals (and institutions?) are buying to hold. If trading is less than 300,000 shares today I'll bet the stock has a terrific pop. If the company's 20 July report is halfway decent, look out.
