Thanks, for the info. Augen capital is involved with both of the stocks and i thought they might be HDG, or part of it. I am not sure of their relationship but they do have overlaps in holdings. With the previous success at raising this stock "at will", i can only assume that they have not started working with this stock yet. I suppose alternatively, if they are going to try and raise significant capital in the early fall, perhaps they are waiting on this front to ensure it doesn't peak too early. Although with the news they hope to find, even though there are a lot of shares out there, it should be more stable then 1998.
