Yes, I thought a lot about your 401 investment in your detailed post. It allowed you to sell MSFT and buy the Q w/o paying taxes--it was crucial in your reaching a million so fast. As a writer, entirely self-employed, I don't expect my income will ever drop for "retirement", as I doubt I'll ever get bored with writing. So I've invested some in a KEOGH but not a lot. On the other hand, the freedom to trade for the next cuppla decades, w/o any cap gains, is really tempting. So I may start adding more to my KEOGH than previously.
