Thanks for that Jake. A great link, and finally we see some time lines for the electronic pinks. I'm reprinting some of what's there:

----------------
In response to the "de-listing" of several thousand OTC
Bulletin Board® companies, the National Quotation Bureau
is going real-time with the introduction of the Electronic
Pink Sheets. All securities quoted in the Pink Sheets and
the Yellow Sheets will automatically be quoted on the
Electronic Quotation Service. Access to the service will be
available on a subscription basis.

While we had hoped for an earlier introduction date through
third party vendors, NQB has built our own user
applications and is currently completing internal stress
testing. In order to deliver a quality solution, NQB is
introducing the service in phases. The largest Pink Sheets
market makers will be participating in the final phase of
testing to assure that the service can withstand the
demands of a real-world trading environment.

The implementation schedule is as follows:

Week of July 6-9 - Demonstrations for large market
makers.
Week of July 12-16 - Beta Testing with one large
market maker.
Week of July 19-23 - Rollout to 5 largest market
makers for more testing.
Week of July 26-30 - Rollout to next 5 largest
market makers.
Friday, July 30 - General availability.

SEC ISSUES EXEMPTION FOR OTCBB SECURITIES

The Securities and Exchange Commission has issued an
exemption for the vast majority of de-listed securities to
move to the Pink Sheets. Find out more at
