Hey Randy, Thanks for the re-post of this VERY GOOD news... I think ARET management will be smart enough to take advantage of such an advantageous government program for the Native Americans. I really like three parts in this report: "The effort will employ training of lenders, streamlined lending procedures and other methods to create 1,000 new Indian homeowners." && "pledges by bond underwriters Banc One Capital Markets and George K. Baum & Co. to underwrite $1.5 billion in bonds over five years to finance home purchases by Native Americans" && "to double the number of government-backed home mortgages in Indian country over the next three years." I think ARET will be a good success story in the short term AND an awesome story in a longer term!!!! CK.
