oil prices should stay in mid to upper teens with spikes above $20. Last years single digit and low teen prices are history. The past year has been bottom for global economy whose growth should accelerate over next 2 -3 years. Mid teen prices assume almost complete breakdown of OPEC agreement to offset pickup in global demand - unlikely scenario. Upper teen prices assume partial breakdown of OPEC agreement as global demand picks up over the next year - likely scenario. If OPEC agreement completely holds (unlikely) then prices could rise into low $20's.
