The restrictions, if you send them in, will be there for two years at least. After that time, it is my understanding that NWDP (aka PM) will have to register them. When and if he will is still up in the air, as far as I'm concerned.

When I get more information about the restrictions and possible lawsuit, from attorneys, I'll let the thread know.

Sure would be nice to sell a few shares at the 5-9 dollar area to cover some of my investment.

Anyone know who is selling these shares? or do I even have to ask.

I welcome anybody to correct me if I'm wrong or to add anything to this, but our shares are only subject to a 1 year restriction or holding period according to the SEC. PM could have the restriction lifted earlier or if they do a secondery offering or if there is a merger or if the company is bought. I'm sure there are other rules or other options.....I haven't sent mine in yet either and I have little faith we will ever see anything out of this.....You folks might think about taking some action to try to protect your "Investment?"
