...the constitutional right to bear arms

Are you sure that wasn't just a typo.

i.e. ...the constitutional right to bare arms

In Canada, we went one up on you folk. A Guelph, Ont teenager charged with public indecency, in court, determined that she had the constitutional right to bare breasts. ... which she was charged with doing while walking down the town's main street on a hot summer day.

[just joking about the "bare arms", no flame mail please]

Ian.

Md1derful,+Thread...from.. dk... a small point about precision....

Widely, reported often quoted , but incorrect.

I have the tape of the crucial moments when each of the
CEO's , before the congressional committee said...

"I , BELIEVE , that tobacco is not addictive...."

the crucial word is of course, BELIEVE ....
----------------------------------------

No one (from Tobacco) has ever , except LEBOW , testified before
congress that tobacco is NOT addictive. Again, they each said
most brilliantly (IMHO) BELIEVE it is not addictive.

It is a small point...but even good objective science in
medicine, physiology, biology, have difficulty with
clearly understanding what the word addictive actually means.

...again ... a small point...for precision...
