I think I've already publicly stated that I shorted a small amount of stock at $1-5/16 (if not, I just have ;-). I haven't shorted more nor have I covered any since then. I will hold this position to zero, even if that takes three or four years. I believed then and believe now that this stock is worthless, possibly even a scam. Shorting a worthless stock seems sensible to me -- the possibility of it being a scam just increases the margin of safety IMHO (my apologies, Benjamin Graham, this is the best that I can apply your wisdom these days).

I just wanted to pick nits and point out that issuing shares does not necessarily equate to dilution.
