I didn't see anything about a contract, but merely the results of a test. Lots of companies have successful test results, even with the gov't, and don't get diddly.
IF they have a contract, and it is a good, long term one for a good $$ figure, then maybe you're on to something. But, having been burned too many times by this co., I'm skeptical.
