Found an interesting news release on Randy Jackson and Modern Records this morning. Links to an internet interview with Randy and his lawyer talking about his other big lawsuit. Kind of long but the gest of it is that it looks like he will be on the hook for a maximum of $78,000 if he loses that lawsuit. biz.yahoo.com It also looks like Randy is busy trying to wrap up old lawsuits and issues and move forward. IMO those issues could have something to do with his "under the table" status with MCY (removal of picture from website). If he is cleaning up his act and settling old debts that could be good news for us. Bruce
