We have a classic example of overproduction. After everyone in this country has two new cars, new large homes, furnishings, etc the "House of cards" will fall. I think you'll have a long time to wait for that criteria to manifest itself. Btw, have you read Martin Armstrong's analysis of the market for the next several years?? pei-intl.com Very interesting perspective. Pay special attention to his comments about how it can't be a major bubble if everyone isn't playing. But he does project that the rest of the year will be flat to down because of Y2K. Regards, Ron
