Kazz to grant options Kazz Industries Inc KAZ Shares issued 8,093,966 Jul 15 close $1.89 Fri 16 Jul 99 Mr. Leroy Hucke reports The company has reserved an undiscounted price of $2 per share in connection with the proposed grant of stock options to acquire up to 800,000 common shares in the capital of the corporation.
