I'd really appreciate it if you would take a look at the 10Q of DCTI.

This came up on my short screen, and the 10Q appears positively bizarre. They've bought and sold companies at ridiculous prices, borrowed a million $ at 24% interest (and paid a finders fee to do it) and have some sort of convertible preferred with a fluctuating conversion. TRhey also managed to lose 17 million in the past 9 months. I'm new at these filings, and would appreciate your evaluation.
