Could anyone with Level 2 check which broker was the most active buyer?

I hope it was Everen that was doing most of the buying. If this was the case, then the IPO is very close at hand. I was told 2 weeks ago by a lady at Everen that "GOOD NEWS" about NETR would be out this week.
