That's pretty big! I especially like: "Under the terms of the agreement, StarBase will receive a licensing fee as well as royalty payments for any products that Macromedia sells using StarTeam technology. In addition, StarBase will be able to develop future StarTeam products that will be compatible with Macromedia products incorporating this technology".

Ever look at SBAS's customer list from their 10K? Pretty impressive! It includes: Intel Motorola Xerox GE Siemens EDS Boeing Westinghouse Lockheed Martin Network Associates Bank of America Chase Manhattan Deutche Bank Charles Schwab....and many more well known names, including the US Government.
