I suspect that the risk of the deal falling through is minimal.

From the speed of the offer after the investment banker was hired, it appears that this is a done deal. The investment banker was hired to reduce the probability of a successful class action suit.

geoffrey, Looks like Saturn intends to take on PRLX in the automotive flip/flex markets.... In fact now I wonder if PRLX and SHEL don't become acquisition targets...
