Washdeck,

I would like to know....because I'm kind of stuck here....when I could be squeezing in 9 holes.

A three hour afternoon session would be cool.....but if they need to be better prepared...tomorrow may be the best idea. I would hate to see a monster spread because there is only one MM......trading would come to a halt, before it got going.

I guess they are waiting for a fax from the NASD?.......Jeeeze.

Wash, the MM I spoke with at Herzog said the MM he spoke with a Capitol Bay to him it was looking like ~$20 for the open. The number for CB is 1-888-411-8053 according to someone on RB.

I would never make a move based on anything posted on a thread alone - even this one. And keep in mind that CB is the only MM allowed to trade ANYI for at least the first week if I recall, so they WANT it to be an exciting issue - it benefits them. The $20 may be arbitrary, especially since they most likely have not received any orders (buys or sells) from most of us on these threads or elsewhere because most of our brokers have not even been able to place orders yet. In fact, they'll probably begin tradingonly with the orders they received from folks who have accounts with them. Then, once trading begins, they'll take and execute orders with other MMs. Herzog plans to trade as soon as CB begins, which will be once CB receives the magic fax from NASD sometime today or tomorrow. Herzog will likely have to short ANYI in order to sell any, so they be careful what price they use, and IMO that means they'll wait awhile to see what CB does.

If CB does open up at $20, BANy could soar to ~$2, but if trading opens at <$10, watch out. I have no predictions here, just my observations.
