I assume you are talking about ckfr vs neon. Winstar has recovered. Ckfr is a long term buy for me. They have been building for sometime and will continue to do so. I expect at some point a big run up that will stick (recognition of their position) and then nice growth from there. Neon on the other hand is in a business where they can be crushed - i don't think ckfr can be crushed (they've come too far now) - but I do believe that this hit is at worst an intermediate one (6-12 months). They're opportunity is for a few years so they better pull out of this one next year or we have seen the best from neon. all IMHO.
