I think that when TSCM got started they were operating on a shoestring and could only afford to hire college kids who were willing to work for slave wages.... In order to attract people with "financial acumen" (read: experience), requires a lot of money. Because of their IPO (options finally have a market!) they've been able to attract some of the best and brightest in the biz.
