The NASD fax probably makes it possible for everything to happen electronically for all the brokers - kinda like NASD is allowing the hounds to be released. Once the fax comes in, my guess is ANYI will show up electronically everywhere. I wonder if CB will begin trading right away with orders from their cleints, or if they'll wait awhile (minutes, seconds) to see what orders come in before they set a price. I've never watched a new BB issue begin trading before, should be fun, and educational.

Roo, I think it is like checking with Dad one last time before taking the Corvette out of the garage. They may also be having a difficult time matching buy orders with sell orders. (nobody I know has any sell orders placed)..... ANYI may need to assure CB that they will not be hung out to dry on a blitz. ANYI needs an orderly market.......no $5.00 spreads. Trading sometime today is important....even if it is only for a few hours.......so much attention is focused here now. I hope they can swing it. bg
