Level 3 clearly has the superior management. Qwest and Global C are more similar to each other, and might be an "overlapping" play. I'm working on a position in GBLX vis a vis owning FRO, but as it turns out, I might end up owning more QWST. I own leaps on QWST. I own shares and leaps on LVLT (in addition to my RCNC). I also own a chunk of WCOM. My telco holdings would be (by order of $$$ invested): RCNC LVLT WCOM QWST FRO LoD
