Do you really think Yahoo thinks they made a mistake? Do you think they need to announce a split every quarter or something? or everytime the day traders ask for it.???! Do you think you or the daytraders know better than Yahoo! when their stock should split? If you're an investor then have some faith in the management of the company. If you're a trader passing by then it shouldn't make a difference wether they announce a split or not because you won't hold it for a whole month anyway. I don't need a split to make me feel good about holding Yahoo! wether daytraders like what they here this afternoon or not I know and like what I'm holding: A longterm Winner.
